2026 Idaho Trans March
In 2024, Boise made history with the first Trans Joy March. It was a joyful moment that showed our city and state that Trans, Nonbinary, and Intersex people are here and not alone.
Last year felt different. The attacks on our community had escalated. And while the weight and harm of that was real, so was our commitment to resist, to show up, and to claim space together.

The March begins at Boise City Hall with speakers, community, and a rally before the program continues. It’s a time to show up, be visible, and celebrate our collective power.

Location: CBW Park
The March ends at Cherie Buckner-Webb Park where we with celebrate, dance & create. Journey to Boise Pride Fest, Juno Birch, and more.

Location: Shrine Social Club
There will be intergenerational and diverse group of Two-Spirit, Trans, Non-Binary, Intersex and Gender Variant Panel Discussion Hosted by Trans Joy Boise Co-Director, trans artist & advocate, Rachel Lee Motivated.

Location: Boise Pride Festival
The Village is a dedicated space at Boise Pride, is a welcoming space for trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive people during Pride. Come to rest, connect, access resources, and belong in community all weekend long.
